The Barbaras is the collaboration between sisters Weezy and Sallie Ford. Inspired by the old fashioned harmonies of classic country and doo wop.. Mark Robertson (bass) engineered the record at Doe Bay Resort on Orcas island, with instrumentation by Jeff Munger (lead guitar), Buddy Weeks (drums), Jamie Owens ( pedal steel).
